    * After contributions, group's equity interest in yichun 
yilian is approximately 42.336%, as compared to 49% as at 31 
december 2016 
    * One of investors ("investor A") has contributed rmb6 
million 
    * Two investors which are co's incorporated in prc 
contributed additional capital into Yichun Yilian Print Co 
    * Investor B contributed rmb30 million
