U.S. stock index futures were flat to slightly lower on Monday as caution set in
ahead of a week filled with numerous jobs reports and comments from policymakers
including Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell.  .N 
    
    At 7:41 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.14% at 42,596. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.27% at 5,775.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.39% at 20,142.
