U.S. stock index futures were subdued on Monday as caution prevailed ahead of
the Federal Reserve's pivotal monetary policy decision later in the week, with
investors pricing in a steep reduction in borrowing costs.  .N 
    
    At 7:35 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.22% at 41,518. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.06% at 5,626.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.40% at 19,452.
