ACS and Blackrock's BLK.N GIP have completed the establishment of their 50/50 joint venture for data centres, ACS said on Friday.

Separately, its unit CIMIC's subsidiary Thiess won a six-year contract to expand operations at Mount Pleasant, in Australia through to the end of 2031, CIMIC said on Sunday.

Almirall will start enrolling patients for its Lebrikizumab new phase III study in nummular eczema in the second quarter of 2026, the company said on Friday.
