BBVA said on Thursday that SEC granted it relief for requirements on its tender offer for Sabadell.

IAG ICAG.L

IAG said on Thursday its bonds offer for aggregate nominal amount of 500 million euros was fully subscribed.

AMREST EATP.WA

Amrest reported on Thursday a 2.2 million euros net loss for the first half of the year.

IBERDROLA IBE.MC

Iberdrola has informed the United States government of its intention to maintain the country as its main investment focus after learning of the U.S. administration's intention to block two of its renewable energy projects, Spanish newspaper Expansion reported on Friday.

TELEFONICA TEF.MC

Telefonica is planning to sell its corporate headquarters for up to 900 million euros to finance the purchase of Vodafone Spain, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Friday, citing unnamed sources.

INDRA IDR.MC

Indra is planning to invest 43 million euros to convert its facilities in Asturias in the most advanced armoured vehicle factory in Europe, Spanish newspaper El Confidencial reported on Thursday.

ALMIRALL ALM.MC

Almirall has lost a contract with a company from the United States as a result of the drug pricing policy that the U.S. President Donald Trump is planning to impose, Spanish newspaper El Economista reported on Friday citing the company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Carlos Gallardo.
