    * Q3 freight income $8.3 million versus $20.8 million year ago 
    * Q3 EBITDA $2.8 million versus $10.9 million year ago 
    * Q3 vessel utilization 68 percent 
    * Sees phasing out of older tonnage to increase due to the persistent weak market 
    * Sees phasing out of older tonnage to gradually improve utilisation and rates as new 
production starts up
