U.S. stock index futures edged higher on Monday on optimism over a likely deal
to raise the U.S. debt limit as a deadline edged closer, while investors awaited
comments from Federal Reserve policymakers through the week.  .N 
    
    At 7:42 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.37% at 33,477. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.36% at 4,152.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.26%
at 13,431.5.
