resolutions proposed at its General Meeting, held 1 August 2025, were duly
passed. As a percentage of total number of shares outstanding the votes were
For: 58.34% and Against: 0.01% across all resolutions.

At the meeting, Gobind Sahney and Jason Sutherland represented the Directors
present to conduct the meeting and took questions from the attending
shareholders. The Directors wish to thank the supportive shareholders who
