Change of Accounting Reference Date

 

Alpha Growth plc (LSE: ALGW and OTCQB: ALPGF), a leading financial services
specialist in life insurance-linked wealth and asset management, announces
that it has changed its year end to 31 March 2025. Accordingly, the next
audited financial statements for the Company will be prepared for the 15-month
period ending 31 March 2025 and will be required to be released by 31 July
2025.

The Directors have determined that this change will provide the incoming
auditors with sufficient time to complete their on-boarding process and plan
for the upcoming audit. Directors also believe that moving away from a
calendar year-end will mean that the auditors will avoid the traditional
calendar year end audit pressures and be able to allocate sufficient resources
to the Company and its subsidiaries.

In accordance with the Listing Rules, the Company will issue a set of
unaudited interim financials covering the 12-month period to 31 December 2024,
on or before 31 March 2025.
