ALPHA REAL TRUST LIMITED ("ALPHA REAL TRUST" OR THE "COMPANY")

RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

 

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Alpha Real Trust held today, the
proposed resolutions were all duly approved by shareholders.

Alpha Real Trust will proceed with cancellation of trading of its Shares on
the Specialist Fund Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The last day of dealing in the shares of the Company is expected to be 22
January 2025.

The Tender Offer announced by the Company on 6 December, which was conditional
upon the Cancellation Resolution being passed, will thus also proceed.
Shareholders who wish to tender their shares in the Company should follow the
instructions set out in the circular sent to them on 6 December 2024.
