Announcement
The Board of Directors of Alpha Bank announces that during its meeting held on 30.11.2016 the Non-Executive Independent Member Mr. Ioannis K. Lyras notified that, as of the same date, the declaration submitted on 29.9.2016, by means of which he resigned from the Board of Directors, becomes effective. 
Further to the above, the Board of Directors is constituted into a body as follows:
Chairman of the Board of Directors,Mr. Vasileios T. Rapanos,
NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER.
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors,Mr. Pavlos A. Apostolides,
NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT MEMBER.
Managing Director, Mr. Demetrios P. Mantzounis, EXECUTIVE MEMBER.
EXECUTIVE MEMBERS
The General Managers Messrs Spyros N. Filaretos, Artemios Ch. Theodoridis and George C. Aronis.
NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER
Mr. Efthimios O. Vidalis. 
NON-EXECUTIVE INDEPENDENT MEMBERS
Messrs Evangelos J. Kaloussis,Ibrahim S. Dabdoub, Richard R. Gildea (following the Announcement of the Bank as of 30.9.2016 and in replacement of the Non-Executive Independent Member Mr. Ioannis K. Lyras who resigned), Shahzad A. Shahbaz and Jan A. Vanhevel.
NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER in accordance with Law 3723/2008, 
the Greek State, via its appointed representative (as per the Minister of Economy Decision No 0000278 General Directorate of Economic Policy Outgoing Correspondence/Financial Policy 312) Ms Marica S. Ioannou - Frangakis.
NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER in accordance with Law 3864/2010, 
Ms Panagiota S. Iplixian, as representative and upon instruction (as per letter No
18/28.1.2014) of the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund.
The appointment of Mr. Richard R. Gildea as Non-Executive Independent Member will be announced at the immediately forthcoming General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank.
