Announcement
The Board of Directors of Alpha Bank announces that during its meeting held on 15.12.2016 the Non-Executive Independent Member Mr. Pavlos A. Apostolides notified that, as of the same date, the declaration submitted on 29.9.2016, by means of which he resigned from the Board of Directors, becomes effective. 
Further to the above, the Board of Directors is constituted into a body as follows:

NON-EXECUTIVE MEMBER.
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors,Mr.Evangelos J. Kaloussis,
