Final Results of the Exercise of the Titles RepresentingShare Ownership Rights (Warrants)[16.12.2016]
Further to Alpha Bank's (hereinafter the "Bank") announcementdated 30.11.2016 with regard to the seventh (7th) exercise process of theTitles Representing Share Ownership Rights (hereinafter the "Warrants"), theBank announces that no Warrants on shares issued bythe Bank and owned by the Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) havebeen exercised.
Consequently, the issued Warrants currently outstanding amountto 1,141,734,167and correspond to 169,175,146 shares owned bythe Hellenic Financial Stability Fund, as analysed in the tablebelow.
