otification of important changes concerning voting rights under L. 3864/2010 [16.6.2016] 
Alpha Bank A.E.(the "Bank") announces, pursuant to the provisions ofL.3864/2010 and following relevant notification on June 15, 2016, of Blackrock Inc., that the latter holds indirectly as of June 13, 2016, voting rights that correspond to an equal amount of common, registered, voting, dematerialisedshares, namely 5.18 % of the total voting rightsof the Bank, excluding those held by the HFSF. 
The disclosure obligation arose due to voting rights attached to shares going below the 5% threshold.
