    ** ALPN is weighing options including a potential sale after
attracting takeover interest, Bloomberg said on Wednesday
    ** Deliberations are ongoing and there's no certainty that
Alpine Immune will decide to pursue a sale, according to the
report
    ** Alpine focuses on developing protein-based
immunotherapies to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases
    ** Including session's move, stock up more than five-fold in
the last 12 months
