    * Disposal of interest in an associated company 
    * Singapore Construction & Development Pte Ltd ("scdp") had 
disposed its 4.8 million ordinary shares in Fanss More Group 
    * Aggregate consideration for sale shares of HK$4.76 million 
    * Disposal not expected to have a material impact on 
company's earnings per share for financial year ending 31
