Aug 19 (Reuters) - Singapore eDevelopment Ltd  SINE.SI : 
 * A) cessation of operations in Shanghai and Qingdao and (b) formation of new 
subsidiary in Hong Kong 
 * Intends to cease its operations in Shanghai and Qingdao in the People's 
Republic of China 
 * Intends to effect the cessation by way of a winding up, striking off, 
de-registration, disposal or such similar action of these two subsidiaries 
 * Cessation due to recent changes in the rules and regulations for investment 
businesses in China 
 * Cessation not expected to have any material impact on nta and earnings per 
share of co for the financial year ending 31 December 2016
