 * Says potential liability in relation to legacy construction business 
 * Payment of demanded sum is not expected to have material impact on financial results of co for year ending 31 December 2015 
 * MSIG has demanded for the payment of the demanded sum by the company 
 * Informed by MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte Ltd an insurance co and issuer of performance bond relating to a term contract 
 * Term contract entered into between CCM Industrial Pte Ltd and National Parks Board for maintenance and upgrading of park facilities 
 * National parks board had demanded and obtained payment of S$152,509.68 from MSIG
