ZURICH/BERLIN, Feb 24 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
CREDIT SUISSE CSGN.S
Credit Suisse hired Courtney Campbell from Bank of America
Corp.'s Merrill Lynch unit as a managing director, Bloomberg
reported, citing a person with knowledge of the situation.

EFG INTERNATIONAL EFGN.S
The company reported net new asset growth of 5.5% in 2020

COMPANY STATEMENTS
* ALSO Holding ALSN.S said it generated a net profit of
130 million euros ($157.89 million) last year and would propose
to pay out a dividend of 3.75 Swiss francs per share. ALSN.S
* Basilea BSLN.S said it launched an offering of up to one
million new registered shares with a par value of 1.00 Swiss
franc per share and would use the net proceeds for the clinical
development of its oncology drug candidates derazantinib and
lisavanbulin, research and development, working capital and

* UBS UBSG.S : Bloomberg reported on Monday that UBS was
