FRANKFURT, Sept 26 (Reuters) - The rise in people working
from home due to the coronavirus crisis could lead to a rapid
downturn in demand for office space, Alexander Dexne, chief
financial officer of Alstria Office AOXG.DE told the
Boersen-Zeitung financial newspaper.
"I look at the current economic data with some concern,"
Dexne said, but added that Alstria Office had come through the
crisis relatively unscathed since retail space and hotels
account for less than 5% of its portfolio.
Dexne reiterated that the company saw no need to adjust its
outlook, despite the impact of the pandemic.
