PUBLICATION OF ANNUAL RESULTS

 

The Board of Alternative Liquidity Fund Limited (the "Company") confirms that
the Annual Report & Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the
year ended 30 June 2024 (the "Annual Results") are available by attachment, on

The Board would like to draw your attention to an increase in the provision
for wind-down costs reported in the Financial Statements. This arises from a
potential increase in the length of the estimated wind-down period, and has
resulted in a reduction in the reported 30 June 2024 NAV per share from 7.28¢
per share as announced on 25 September 2024 to 6.75¢ per share as reported in
these Financial Statements. A reconciliation of the NAV per share movement is
contained in note 9 to the Financial Statements.
