CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES

Further to the announcements made on the 23 September 2022 and the 30 August
2023, the Shares of untraceable shareholders have been taken into treasury and
cancelled with effect from 7 September 2023.

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company discloses the following
information:

 Total number of ordinary shares held in treasury following the cancellation  0
