Alternus Clean Energy rises on JV with Acadia Energy to develop microgrids in New York
** Shares of renewable utility firm Alternus Clean Energy
ALCE.O up 15.4% to 49 cents
** Co says it has formed a joint venture with renewable
energy developer Acadia Energy to co-develop 200 megawatts (MW)
of microgrid projects in New York State
** Says JV will focus on developing and operating a
portfolio of microgrid projects over the next two to three years
** Adds that projects in the JV are expected to begin
achieving commercial operations within two years
** Including session's move, shares down ~67% YTD
