    ** Co forecast Q3 revenue in the range of $208 mln to $212
mln, a year-on-year decline of 2%-4%
    ** Co reported Q2 GAAP net loss of $120 mln vs. $107 mln yr
earlier, on higher sales and marketing expenses
    ** YTD, shares co down 25.75% vs 40.13% gain in S&P 500
