Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that the Company was informed on 4 October 2019 that on the same day Keith Edelman, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46.14 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase").
 
Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Edelman is beneficially interested in 187,059 Ordinary Shares representing 0.27 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
