Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces the following dealings made by a director in its ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 28 November 2025, Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, purchased 114,997 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 21.79 pence per share. Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Martin Varley's beneficial holding is 9,888,935 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
