Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that it was notified yesterday that Martin Varley, Non-Executive Director, has purchased an aggregate of 55,564 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 37.3 pence per Ordinary Share. 
Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares Martin Varley will be interested in 11,229,341 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 15.89% of the Company's issued share capital.
