PDMR Dealing & Total Voting Rights
 
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the operator of a leading marketplace for personalised products, announces that it was informed yesterday that Graeme Couturier, Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR, has exercised 13,896 options over ordinary shares of 0.4 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nil cost (the "Option Exercise").
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Option Exercise to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 29 July 2021 ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 70,681,164 Ordinary Shares.
Accordingly, the figure of 70,681,164 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Following Admission Graeme Couturier will be interested in 216,604 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.31% of the Company's post Admission issued share capital.
