Altria sues US FDA, court records show Sept 2 (Reuters) - Marlboro-maker Altria MO.N sued the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on Wednesday, court records show.
A copy of the complaint filed in the federal court in Lubbock, Texas, was not immediately available.
