3.9% at $1.86 in premarket trading
    ** Company announces the sale of its 2.8 Megawatt direct
current (MWdc) solar project located in Maine to Altus Power
 AMPS.N , without disclosing the transaction value
    ** Says the project is the final asset to be sold from
Emeren's Maine pipeline
    ** Up to last close, shares down 34.4% YTD
