Wall Street's main indexes crept higher in volatile trading on Monday as shares
of Tesla and Apple advanced, while investors exercised caution ahead of the
Federal Reserve's interest rate decision later in the week.  .N 
    
    At 13:31 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 0.32% at
38,361.07. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.35% at 5,117.97 and the Nasdaq Composite
 .IXIC  was up 0.46% at 16,000.896.
