Sept 20 (Reuters) - ALTUS Towarzystwo Funduszy 
Inwestycyjnych SA  ALI.WA : 
     
    * Said on Monday that it has launched a share buyback for up 
to 5.0 mln shares representing no more than 8.57 percent of its 
share capital 
    * The offered price is 16 zlotys ($4.2) per share 
    * The share buyback will run from Sept. 26 to Sept. 30
