The Company announces that it has been informed that Mr David Armfield, a non-executive director, and connected persons, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company on 9 March 2015, (representing 0.07% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue) at a price of 1.55 per share.
Following this acquisition, Mr David Armfield and connected persons have an interest in 25,000 ordinary shares with voting rights (0.07% of the ordinary shares in issue).
