Alumasc, the premium building products, systems and solutions group has posted its 2020 Annual Report and Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting to shareholders.
 
The 2020 Annual Report is now available to view on the Company's website at www.alumasc.co.uk/investors.
 
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on 22 October 2020 at Station Road, Burton Latimer, Kettering, Northamptonshire NN15 5JP.
 
In the lead up to the Annual General Meeting, we are closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 virus in the United Kingdom. Shareholders are strongly discouraged from attending and should not attend given the Government's measures restricting public gatherings, currently in force to limit the spread of COVID-19.  If there are any changes in relation to the current arrangements for the AGM, information will be made available on our website (www.alumasc.co.uk).
 
Shareholders are therefore encouraged to vote in advance by 10.00am on 20 October 2020 by submitting a proxy. It is recommended that the Chairman of the AGM is appointed as your proxy to ensure your vote is counted.  A dial-in facility will be made available to listen in. Details on how to access the dial-in facility will be published on the Investors section of the Company's website (www.alumasc.co.uk) on the morning of the General Meeting. We can accept questions via the Investors section of our website in advance of the meeting and where possible, we will answer these during the meeting or on our website.
 
However, please note that, in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, any shareholder who dials into the meeting will not technically form part of the meeting or count towards the quorum.
