Germany's Alzchem drops after shareholders plan sell-off
** Shares in Alzchem ACT1.DE fall around 9% in early
Frankfurt trade after its major shareholders LIVIA and HDI Vier
said they would sell 250,000 Alzchem shares in private placement
** LIVIA owns 22.99% stake in Alzchem, while HDI Vier has
11.61% stake, according to the company's website
** Up to the previous session's close, shares were up 128.5%
