Alzamend Neuro rises on initiating early-stage trials for Alzheimer’s vaccine

** Shares of drug developer Alzamend Neuro Inc  ALZN.O  rise
~8% to $0.46 
    ** Co says it has begun an early mid-stage study testing its
experimental vaccine to treat mild to moderate dementia
associated with Alzheimer's disease  
    ** The trial will assess safety efficacy and dosing of the
vaccine candidate, ALZN002, compared with placebo in 20-30
patients with mild to moderate dementia associated with
Alzheimer's - ALZN  
    ** ALZN plans to initiate a larger mid-stage trial within
three months of receiving data from the initial trial
    ** Stock down ~19% this year
