~8% at $1.22 premarket 
    ** Co says the FDA had allowed an early-to-mid-stage trial
for its investigational immunotherapy vaccine to treat dementia
in Alzheimer's disease
    ** ALZN expects the first patient to be dosed in the trial
in Q1 2023
    ** There were no treatment-related mortalities or reports of
adverse effects during preclinical trials - co
    ** Up to Friday's close, stock had fallen 40.5% YTD
