BofA cuts Amadeus to 'underperform' on continued air bookings weakness

** BofA Global Research downgrades Amadeus AMA.MC to "underperform" as it expects air bookings growth to remain slow and recovery in the airline IT industry to lag behind that of airlines

** Shares in Amadeus slip around 3% at 1257 GMT

** BofA says its full-year 2025 and 2026 estimates are "well below" both consensus and the company's guidance

** The broker sees downsides in the next 12 months, as Global Distribution Systems (GDS) outlook remains uncertain amid a new wave of disintermediation

** It also cuts its PT on the Spanish travel technology company to 69 euros from 71 euros
