* Q1 AMAG Group EBITDA of 32.7 million euros ($37.70 million) (Q1/2015: 35.3 million euros)
* Q1 revenue of 227.8 million euros at previous year's level (Q1/2015: 231.0 million euros)
* Net income after taxes amounted to a total of 7.7 million euros during first three months
of 2016 (Q1/2015: 12.6 million euros)
* Expects for AMAG group an EBITDA range between 110 million and 125 million euros in 2016
