** Shares of India's company Amagi Media Labs AMAI.NS down 1.88% at 354.20 rupees on trading debut ** Cloud platform for media and entertainment broadcasting listed at 318 rupees on NSE, an 11.9% dip from its IPO issue price of 361 rupees ** AMAI is currently valued at 76.79 billion rupees ($840.6 mln) ** AMAI's 8.16 billion rupee IPO was subscribed 30.24 times, with demand led by non-institutional investors and qualified institutional buyers ** Co plans to use funds to invest in technology and cloud infrastructure and fund acquisitions, as well as general corporate expenses (Reporting by Abhirami G in Bengaluru) ((abhirami.g@thomsonreuters.com))
