trading - set for their fourth straight session of gains
** ICLK says hedge fund Oasis Management Co Ltd and PAG
Pegasus Fund LP have made a preliminary offer to buy out the

** ICLK's board plans to evaluate the offer, which
represents a premium of about 19.5% to stock's last close
** As of last close, stock had fallen ~34% this year
