    * Acquisition of a property holding company 
    * Purchaser (a wholly-owned subsidiary of company) and 
vendor entered into SP agreement 
    * Deal at a cash consideration of HK$56.5 million 
    * Purchaser has agreed to acquire, and vendor has agreed to 
sell, sale shares, representing entire issued share capital of 
target as at completion 
    * Purchaser being Key Winner Investments Limited, vendor 
being AMCO United Holding Limited
