Oct 9 (Reuters) - TEE Land Ltd  TEEL.SI : 
 * Unit into two option-to-purchase agreements, one with Tan Teck Pheng and Lin Siew Mee, and another with Brown Technologies Pte Ltd 
 * Purchase consideration for each plot of land is S$4.2 million 
 * Proposed acquisition not expected to have any material impact on the group's earnings per share for FY ending 31 May 2016
