 * Acquisition of commercial units and car park lots in Sydney, Australia 
 * Says group will finance the acquisitions using its own internal funds and bank borrowings 
 * Unit entered into joint venture with peter & January clark (levey street) pty ltd and kenmooreland pte ltd 
 * Says acquisitions are expected to be completed in January 2016 
 * Acquisitions not expected to have material impact on group's NTA or EPS for the financial year ending 31 May 2016
