AMD Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Harswarup Gupta, Executive Chairman , Whole Time Director of the Company has given his resignation from the Chairmanship as well as from the Board of the Company. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 30, 2016 has agreed to his request with great reluctance, which is effective from the conclusion of business hours on July 2, 2016 and conferred on him the honorary title of Chairman- Emeritus thereafter.It is further informed that the Board of Directors also appointed Mr. Ashok Gupta, Vice Chairman -Whole Time Director of the Company as Executive Chairman of the Company with effect from July 3, 2016.
