NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

The Company has today posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM")
to shareholders. The AGM will be held at Ground Floor, Dorey Court, Admiral
Park, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HT, Channel Islands on Friday, 6 December
2024 at 9.00 a.m.

 

A copy of the Notice of the AGM will shortly be available from the Company's
website at http://www.aa4plus.gg (http://www.aa4plus.gg) .

 

Shareholders may vote via the CREST proxy voting system, via paper proxy forms
or in person.
