Update on Service Provider to the Company
 
Following the announcement released by the Company on 18 February 2021 of the termination of the Company's Corporate and Shareholder Agreement, the Company intends to appoint a new Corporate Broker in order to maintain and enhance the extent and quality of communication between the Directors and shareholders.  A shortlist has been drawn up and the selection and tendering process will start immediately.
