** Shares of health insurer UnitedHealth  UNH.N  fall 1.4%
to $616.66 
    ** The Justice Department and three U.S. states file a
lawsuit to block UNH's $3.3 billion purchase of Amedisys
 AMED.O  last year, over concern the deal would harm competition
in the market for home health services
    ** Amedisys shares down 1.6% at $91.30
    ** Analysts had raised concerns the deal would likely face
scrutiny from the Federal Trade Commission, given UnitedHealth's
home health presence
    ** Including session's move, UNH up 16.9%, AMED down 3.8%
