** Q3 revenue of $1.76 bln beats analyst expectations of $1.63 bln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** Co raises FY revenue growth forecast to 23%–24% from the prior 20%-21% range

** Raises FY EPS forecast to 88-92 cents from the previous 77-82 cents range

** Says revenue from all four regions achieved double-digit growth; growth in technical apparel and outdoor performance segments above 30%

** 18 of 21 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, three "hold"; their median PT is $45- LSEG

** Up to last close, stock up 10.1% YTD
