    ** Barclays upgrades to "overweight" from "equal weight",
liftS PT to $77 from $73
    ** The new price target represents a ~10% upside to the
stock's last close
    ** Says co's management well positioned to hit its 6-8% long
term EPS CAGR target, notes potential upside to estimates
    ** Five brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, nine
"hold" and one "sell"; their median PT is $78.00 - LSEG data
    ** Stock had fallen 1.9% YTD
